Collaboration Success

  • 161 adult mentors have volunteered hundreds of hours of time to support students

  • 100+ employers have offered to provide opportunities for students

  • AJAY MT facilitates the program in Anaconda, Bozeman, Helena Area, Whitehall and Yellowstone County.

  • 10 organizations, 4 colleges, and 9 school districts are involved in implementing the program in 5 different regions.

1 Year Later

  • 81% agreed that the summer jobs program increased their confidence in the workforce

  • 30% of participants continued in their position even after the Summer Jobs Program ended
